FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the production technology of meat and vegetable preserved food. Recipe components are prepared as follows. White bread is milk soaked and chopped; chicken is chopped. Listed components are mixed with table salt and black bitter pepper to forcemeat, which is shaped, crumbed with white dried breadcrumbs and fried in the melted butter to obtain cutlets. Potatoes are cut, blanched and strained, green peas are frozen. Potatoes, green peas, milk and salt are mixed without oxygen access to obtain garnish. Cutlets, garnish and melted butter are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
