FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is made by soaking wheat bread in cream, chopping it, chicken chopping and mixing of listed components with melted butter, table salt and hot pepper to get a cutlet mass, its forming, coating in wheat breadcrumbs and frying in melted butter to get cutlets. It also includes potatoes cutting and frying in melted fat, green peas freezing, mixing without oxygen access potatoes, green peas and table salt to get side dish, packing cutlets, side dish and melted butter, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserves have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
