FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for application at pressure in polyphase substance flow that exceeds 10 pounds per square inch. Flow metre comprises at least one bent flow pipeline of specified geometry with two detectors fixed to it and drive for excitation of oscillations of at least one pipeline. Characteristic ratio (L/H) of one or more flow pipelines, where L is full length, H is full height that exceeds 2.5. Ratio of full height H to internal diametre (H/B) of one or more flow pipelines is less than 10. Geometry of bent flow pipeline includes end angles of bend θ between 120 degrees and 170 degrees. Maximum frequency of drive for water in one or more flow pipelines is low and makes less than 250 Hertz (Hz).

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of substance flow including gas dissolved in liquid.
