FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in development and creation of radiolocating measurement complexes (RMC). Device for two-position measurements of radiolocating characteristics of radio-absorbing coatings (RAC) contains sample of RAC and reference sample, transmitter, antenna, rotary support (RS), serially connected receiver and registering device (RD), to the second input of which control panel is connected, which is also connected to RS, uncoupler and two double-facet corner reflectors, one of which is reference sample, and other is working sample, to one of facets of which RAC sample is fixed, at that transmitter and receiver are connected to transceiving antenna via uncoupler, working and reference double-facet corner reflectors are installed on RS alternately, antenna is arranged as transceiving.
EFFECT: reduction of error in measurement of two-position radiolocating characteristics of RAC due to provision of continuous and smooth change of two-position angle by 2-3 dB.
