FIELD: food products.

SUBSTANCE: eggs are boiled, peeled and cut; potatoes and paprika are cut and blanched; green onion, parsley and dill are cut and frozen. Sardines fillet is cut. The listed components are mixed without oxygen access with salt and calcium gluconate. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: increase of digestibility from 1,5·105 to 1,8·105 comparing to the similar dish.
