SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed method of producing diphenylchlorosilane, based on Grignard method, involving interaction of phenylic Grignard reagent, single ethereal solvent, halogenated aromatic solvent to ensure the combination reaction, and trichlorosilane, where mole ratio of single ethereal solvent to phenylic Grignard reagent is 2:1 to 5:1, mole ratio of halogenated aromatic solvent for the combination reaction to phenylic Grignard reagent is more than 3:1 to 7:1, and mole ratio of trichlorosilane to phenylic Grignard reagent is 0.1:1 to 10:1. Additionally, there is disclosed method of producing diphenylchlorosilanes by Grignard method, involving interaction of phenylic Grignard reagent, single ethereal solvent, halogenated aromatic solvent for the combination reaction, trichlorosilane and phenylchlorosilane where mole ratio of single ethereal solvent to phenylic Grignard reagent 2:1 to 5:1, mole ratio of halogenated aromatic solvent for the combination reaction to phenylic Grignard reagent is 3:1 to 7:1, mole ratio of trichlorosilane to phenylic Grignard reagent is 0.1:1 to 10:1, and mole ratio of phenylchlorosilane to phenylic Grignard reagent is 0.38:1 to 5:1. There is disclosed method of producing diphenylchlorosilanes by Grignard method, involving interaction of phenylic Grignard reagent, single ethereal solvent, halogenated aromatic solvent for the combination reaction and phenylchlorosilane where mole ratio of single ethereal solvent to phenylic Grignard reagent is 2:1 to 5:1, mole ratio of halogenated aromatic solvent for the combination reaction to phenylic Grignard reagent is 3:1 to 7:1 and mole ratio of phenylchlorosilane to phenylic Grignard reagent is 0.5:1 to 5:1.
EFFECT: maximisation of diphenylchlorosilane yield and minimisation of phenylchlorosilane yield.
