FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the technology of regulating temperature in sensitive devices and can be used for maintaining constant parametres of these devices in a wide range of ambient temperature. The said device has a substrate, temperature regulating circuit and, electrically connected to the temperature regulating circuit, a temperature sensor and a transistor-heater, located on the working surface of the substrate. The substrate is square shaped. The transistor-heater is located at the centre of the working surface of the substrate. The temperature sensor is located at the edge of the working surface of the substrate. At the working surface of the substrate, there are edges of a circular temperature controlled region, which is in form of central concentric circles, visually distinguished from the rest of the working surface of the substrate, the radii of which are determined from calculation or empirical measurement of the temperature field of the substrate.
EFFECT: more accurate regulation of temperature of radio components in a wide range of measurement of ambient temperature.
