FIELD: measurement of electric, magnetic, electromagnetic, and nonelectric quantities within wide range of ambient temperature fluctuations. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing Hall-effect transducer on substrate together with temperature control circuit; substrate is subjected to temperature control, and current input of transducer is supplied with compensating current from thermostatic temperature control circuit that varies with ambient temperature and reference current; ratio of factor Ki characterizing temperature dependence of total current to factor Kh characterizing temperature dependence of conversion factor is found from equation 0>(Ki/Kh)>-2. Examples of implementing this method in devices for measuring magnetic flux density and in DC and ac power meters are given in description of invention.
