FIELD: physics, guidance.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns attemperation technics in precision electronic devices and can be used for maintenance of a constancy of parameters of these devices in a wide range of ambient temperatures (AT). Device contains a substrate, the plan of an attemperation and the temperature sensing device electrically joined to it and the heater located on an effective area of a substrate. The substrate and a sheet heater are executed in the form of rectangles. The heater is located on a substrate long axis on all its length, One extremity of a heater is joined immediately to a blanket conductor for all device, and other extremity - through a blocking capacitor. The temperature sensing device is located at substrate edge on its transverse axis, and two fields occupied termostatic with devices, are symmetrised on all length of a substrate rather its long axis and restricted by four straight lines, visually distinguishable from other devices of an effective area of the substrate. Distances to borders of fields are determined by calculation or the observational measuring of a temperature field of a substrate.
EFFECT: expansion of thermostatic devices functionality working in a wide frequency band, including, increase of accuracy of a thermostatting of devices, in particular electroradioelements of microcircuits and micromakingups, in a wide range of AT change, reduction of spurious couplings between thermostatic devices and units.
