Device includes first power accumulator, second power accumulator, thermostatic controller, condition signal generation circuit, control circuit, two high frequency channels spaced in frequency. First channel includes first impulse modulator, self-oscillator, first valve, first power amplifier, third impulse modulator, first directional power coupler, sixth power amplifier, first power control device, seventh power amplifier, second power control device, first power adding circuit, first circulator, first filter, first receiver switch, sixth power control device. Second channel includes second impulse modulator, second valve, second power amplifier, fourth impulse modulator, third valve, third power amplifier, second directional power coupler, fourth, fifth, eighth, ninth, tenth power amplifiers, third, fourth, fifth, seventh and eighth power control device, second power control device, second circulator, second power adding circuit, second filter, third circulator and second first receiver switch.
EFFECT: operation of device transmitting at high output impulse power over two high frequency channels spaced in frequency with automated condition control.
