SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by mutton cutting and frying in melted butter, carrots tomatoes and onions cutting and browning in melted butter, potatoes, alycha, paprika and runtyk beans cutting and blanching, garlic blanching and grating, greens cutting and freezing, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt, packing of prepared mixture and bone broth. Then obtained product is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of finished product with increased digestibility.
