The special purpose preserves in the form of sorrel soup with meat are prepared by boiling, peeling and mincing chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and staining potatoes, cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers, freezing and mincing green onion, freezing and chopping sorrel and spinage, mincing rabbit meat, mixing of the listed components with drinking water, sugar and table salt, packing of the obtained mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacturing of canned food for space feeding with increased digestibility.
