SUBSTANCE: electric lability of visual system is determined. Electrostimulation from electrodes, one of which is installed on eyelid, with frequency of recurrence rate of electric current impulses not exceeding values of visual system electric lability is carried out. Additional electrodes are installed in projection of affected brain system, and in carrying out electric stimulation upper value of electric current frequency corresponds to value of visual system electric lability, lower value being selected from range 3-20 Hz.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for recovering disturbed brain functions.
