FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry, namely to die forging of blades for dynamic machines. Parts manufacturing method by precision forging includes manufacturing and debugging of first instrument of tool equipment for die forging, parts die forging by the above mentioned instrument of tool equipment and finish machining. Note that above said parts have specified excessive thickness. Additionally the method includes realisation of surface digital model of the above said first instrument of tool equipment, above instrument of tool equipment regeneration or manufacturing of new tool equipment instrument according to the said digital model after die forging of specified parts quantity. Parts undergo finish machining right after die forging. Also the above machining procedure includes mechanical polishing.
EFFECT: provision of finish machining expenses decrease and obtaining of strongly identical parts.
