FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasion field and can be used during the burnishing and fine grinding of tenacious hard-to-machine and of increased hardness materials. In main abrasive mass of the same granulation in the direction opposite to disc pivot pin to its work surface there are located diminished shafts. The latter are implemented with addition of abradant of higher granulation and more hardness relative to the main abrasive mass and with providing of more hardness of rods binding abrasive mass. Rods are located with forming on the working surface of geometrical ornament disc.
EFFECT: improvement of treated surface and accuracy of its geometry ensured by reduction of burning amount and increasing of redress life of disc between regrinding.
