FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tool has coarse-grain abrasive sectionals and fine-grain sections located after coarse-grain sections. Said sectional are separated in pairs by abrasive sections of lower hardness. Width of fine grain abrasive sections is greater than width of coarse-grain abrasive sections. Coarse-grain abrasive sections and low hardness abrasive sections, respectively, have grains of size exceeding size of grains of fine-grain abrasive sections. EFFECT: improved quality of surfaces of viscous hard-to-machine materials machined by proposed grinding tool.
