SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining lactate-containing solutions involves cultivation Rhizopus oryzae mycelium fungus cells in medium with glucose-containing substrate, the cells immobilised in polyvinyl alcohol cryogel. Lactate ion sorption is performed over strong-base gel anionite, followed by elution of absorbed lactate ions from anionite. Obtained eluate is decoloured by passing through activated carbon layer at room temperature. Further concentration is performed by vacuum condensation at 30-40°C. To obtain lactic acid solution, anionite in Cl--form is used, and elution is performed by hydrochloric acid solution with 0.15-0.5 M concentration. To obtain lactate solution, anionite in OH--form is used, and eluation is performed by 0.5-1.0 M NaOH or KOH alkali solution, or by KCl or NaCI salt solution, with concentration gradient from 0 to 3M or at constant concentration selected out of the same range, or by equimolar mix of indicated alkali and salt solutions.
EFFECT: obtaining target product with 940 g/l concentration and 98,2% purity.
