SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cucumbers and tomatoes cutting and blanching, lettuce cutting and freezing, horseradishes blanching and straining, mixing of mentioned ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and hot black pepper without oxygen access, meat cutting and frying in melted fat, packing the meat, obtained mix and bone broth at specified ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
