SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating beet and horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper without oxygen access, cutting and frying in melted fat meat, packing meat, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
