FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, particularly, to flyboats that feature hard-chine pitched hull with transom and transom plate and equipped with a complex of the stern automatically operated intercepters, each extending downwards along an arc from the transom plate edge. Aforesaid transom plate is supported by brackets and a stiffening rib arranged the transom plate rear edge. Every intercepter is welded to hook-like levers of suspension fixed on common shaft, the latter running in plain bearings mounted in post bushes. A seal is arranged in the space between the said stiffening rib and every intercepter, closely to it. The said seal and every intercepter are furnished with temporary rigid joints that can be uncoupled on the intercepter side. The said seal consists of a metal plate facing the stiffening rib and a profiled bar made from insulating the material processed along its radius and concentrically with respect to a concave cylindrical surface of the intercepter. The internal surface of aforesaid post bushes features the diametre exceeding that of an external surface of plain bearings by 4 to 40 mm, the spaces formed due to difference in diameters and those between sealing plate and the stiffening rib being filled with a cold-hardening polymer compound.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of intercepters due to reduced pressure drop in incoming water flow braking zone, reduced rate of marine fouling on their cylindrical surface, reduced rate of transom plate electrochemical corrosion.
