FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of aqueous suspension of detonating nanodiamonds, introduction of aqueous suspension into electrolyte for coatings sedimentation and electrolysis, herewith aqueous suspension, consisting 1-5 % of detonating nanodiamonds, for disaggregation is subject to treatment on rotary-pulsating or ultrasonic device or on disintegrator, is heated during 2 hours in 15 % boric acid solution with sediment washing from acid surplus up to meanings pH 3.5-6.0, then is treated during 2 hours by 0.5-2.0 % sodium alkali solution with following removing of alkali surplus up to meanings pH 6.0-8.0.
EFFECT: increasing of process manufacturability, expansion of operational functionality and efficiency of nanosized discontinuous phase, elimination of resource- and power-intensive external action on electrolyte during the process of coating receivin.
