FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for protection of carrier rocket head parts from unfavorable weather conditions. Device comprises heater, heat exchanger, and also additionally compressor and three hoses. Heat exchanger comprises cushion in the form of cone made of elastic stretching airtight material. Compressor outlet is connected to inlet of the first hose, outlet of the first hose is connected to heater inlet, heater outlet is connected to inlet of the second hose, outlet of the second hose is connected to cushion inlet, cushion outlet is connected to inlet of the third hose, the third hose is equipped with valve, and compressor is arranged as reversible.
EFFECT: provides for lower adhesion between external part of cushion and snow and ice and for breaking of snow mantle and ice into pieces.
