FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling and heat removal systems. In compliance with this invention, the thermo-electrical resonance SHF attenuator comprises a substrate, thermo-electrical battery and microstrip line wherein the thermo-electrical battery is a structure applied onto the substrate and representing masks of n - band, p - band as well as those of hot and cold conducting junctions. Note that the said microstrip line represents a waveguide made from a temperature-dependent semiconductor material and consists of a bottom plate, dielectric and upper plate. Note here also that the said microstrip line is applied onto a high heat conductivity factor dielectric layer applied onto the substrate over aforesaid masks of n - band, p - band as well as those of hot and cold conducting junctions.
EFFECT: improved SHF-signal filtration.
