Cutlets contain boiled fish fillet, that is deskinned and bones free, bread crumbs, vegetable component, butter and natrium chloride. Boiled and strained potatoes, carrots, berries extracts are used for vegetable componet at specified ratio of components.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase product output and decreases its production cost.
