FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food-processing industry and can be used for manufacturing of fish and vegetable cutlets. Cutlets contain fish fillet, that is deskinned and bones free, bread crumbs and natrium chloride. Additionally cutlets contain vegetable component and butter. Boiled and strained potatoes, carrots, berries extracts are used for vegetable componet at specified ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase product output and decreases its production cost.
