FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sportive medicine. Test with load equal to 75% of proper maximal oxygen consumption is set and succession of paired 200 ms long light pulses with, separated with inter-pulse interval 70 ms, repeated after 1 s is demonstrated. Threshold inter-pulse interval, at which two pulses merge into one, is determined periodically by method of successive approximation. Graph of dynamics in coordinates "value of threshold inter-pulse interval-time of testing" is built on the basis of obtained values. Testing is stopped, when values of inter-pulse interval reduce sharply. Testing is repeated after two days of rest with load increased by 50 W until graph of threshold inter-pulse interval dynamics has descending trend. Level of endurance development is estimated by previous graphs of threshold inter-pulse interval, which have "plateau", by duration of time of threshold inter-pulse interval stay on "plateau".
EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate level of development of endurance under different loads.
