SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynecology. Age, occupational conditions, history of gynecological diseases, number of pregnancies and their terminations in the medical history, courses of development of previous pregnancies, obstetric perineum traumas and obstetric maternity aids, weight of the newborn, extragenital diseases in the medical history, pathologies of the locomotor apparatus in the medical history and family history are registered in the woman of reproductive age planning pregnancy. Each parametre is estimated in scores, if there is no data on one of the parametres, it is estimated as zero. Received values are summed. If total sum equals or is less than 16, risk level of the disease is estimated as low, 17-52 scores predict median level of the risk, 53 and more scores predict high level of the risk.
EFFECT: provides objective prognoses indicating risk groups for the disease.
