FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for individual prediction of perinatal complications in pregnant women and mothers who are overweight or obese. In pregnant women and women in labor who are overweight or suffer from obesity, associated with the T/A polymorphism of the rs9939609 FTO gene in the buccal epithelium, allele-specific amplification is performed with the detection of DNA sites and an allele (A) is isolated in the indicated genotypes at any stage of pregnancy or during labor. Then, the presence of factors influencing the course and outcome of pregnancy and childbirth is detected, which is followed by determining their prognostic factors in points, denoting these by the "+" sign in the case of the aggressive nature of the factor and the "-" sign in the case of their protective nature, namely, the threat of premature birth, use of gestagens during pregnancy +4.3, weight gain during pregnancy below 12.5 kg +1.2, chronic arterial hypertension +8.8, diffuse struma +0.6, gastritis +4.4, varicose disease +8.4, anemia -1.03, myopia -1.6, herpes simplex -1.6, cytomegalovirus +1.4, uterine myoma +3.2, coleitis +0.6, arterial hypertension caused by pregnancy +1.4, gestational diabetes mellitus +7.4, edema caused by pregnancy -1.6, retinal angiopathy +8.4, polyhydramnios -4.6, placental insufficiency +8.8, chronic intrauterine fetal hypoxia +9.8, hypoxia of the fetus +4.4, large fetus +0.14, cord entanglement +4.4, birth through the birth canal -1.03, delivery by cesarean section +0.15, endotracheal anesthesia +2.4, spinal anesthesia +0.8, and when the sum of the prognostic factors equals "+ 13 or more" points, possibility of perinatal complications is predicted, and when the sum of prognostic factors equals "-13 or less" points, the absence of the development of perinatal complications associated with vascular endothelial dysfunction is predicted.
EFFECT: proposed invention is aimed at improving the accuracy and objectivity of predicting perinatal complications during pregnancy and labor.
