FIELD: car building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling brake application effort. The device includes device of brake or movement efforts application, device for measuring movement characteristics set by the driver and device for calculating dedicated breaking/movement effort and target rotation moment in the vehicle, device for modifying dedicated braking/movement effort and/or target rotation moment and device for controlling brake/movement application effort. The modifying device suppresses changes of dedicated brake/movement effort when target rotation moment is changed under conditions when dedicated brake/movement effort and/or target rotation moment can not be achieved by brake/movement efforts in wheels.
EFFECT: achievement of maximum possible brake/movement efforts and rotation moment while preserving stable vehicle movement.
