The controller is configured to detect a wheel having a locking tendency in which the slip ratio exceeds a predetermined value in a state where braking force is transmitted to each of the wheels from a brake force generator via a differential mechanism, and to reduce the locking tendency by changing the braking force of a friction brake that is provided for another wheel connected to a differential gear to which a wheel that tends to lock is connected.
