FIELD: mechanics; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to food industry, particularly to devices for food products heating before they are used by means of heat released as a result of an initiated exothermal reaction. The device consists of a housing, two similar containers provided with hollows for retaining solid reagent and a sleeve for supplying reagent in liquid state. The housing is implemented with two similar flat tanks each provided with the said corresponding container. The sleeve is coupled with the flat tank walls ensuring simultaneous supply of reagent in liquid state to the hollows of both flat tanks. The walls of flat tanks are placed opposite to each other and contact with heated food product. They are joined with each other producing a rib, which separates the sleeve hole into two halves. The closed hollow of each container is filled up with reagent in solid state in the form of homogenous mixture of calcium oxide and water-free silica gel in amounts of 1 part per 3.0-6.0 wt. parts of calcium oxide.
EFFECT: easy in use and increased heating speed of food product.
