FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to exothermal chemical heat development methods and can be used, specifically for food heating before serving. Heat development method involves initiation of exothermal chemical reaction of initial components being solid and liquid. Component being in certain state of aggregation is supplied to components being in the other state of aggregation. Liquid component is water or 3÷32% aqueous penozone. Solid component is mixed calcium oxide and anhydrous silica gel. Amount of silica gel is evaluated by ratio: K1=(0.9÷1.3)K2, where K1 is amount of silica gel [g], while K2 is amount of water or aqueous penozone [g]. Utilisation of the present invention ensured simplified technical method implementation combined with improved reproducibility and higher efficiency of developed heat recovery.
