FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to the method for selective alloying of material and may be used for production of optic fiber or optic wave guides. Method for selective alloying of material includes the following stages: a) radiation of specified sample/area of material, where this radiation creates generating voltage in radiated area, b) treatment of material with creation of reaction-capable groups in specified sample/area of material, and c) alloying of material by method of layerwise nuclear deposition with production of sample/area alloyed with additive in material. Possibility is considered to send radiation at stage a) at least from two different directions with provision of previously specified area in material in three-dimensional form. Alloyed material is glass (for instance, porous glass), ceramics, polymer, metal or their mixtures. Alloying additive includes one or more substances from the following group: rare-earth metal, boron, aluminium, germanium, tin, silicon, phosphor, fluorine or silver. Besides invention is related to selectively alloyed material, to device for production of selectively alloyed material and to application of specified method.
EFFECT: new method for preparation of selectively alloyed materials.
