SUBSTANCE: in heat and power plant with open heating system additional steam turbine is installed with electric generator and surface condenser connected by live steam to steam line of industrial steam bleeds, surface condenser is connected into make-up water line of heating network between chemical water treatment and vacuum deaerator of heating network make-up, electric generator of additional steam turbine is connected by busbars via additional electric switches with electric motors of make-up pumps.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat and power plant and generation of electric power on thermal input.
