SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. A make-up water treatment unit of a combined heat and power plant includes a steam turbine with industrial steam takeoff and a condenser with a built-in bundle, a chemical water treatment unit, a vacuum deaerator, pipelines of raw, soft make-up water, direct and return delivery water, an additional steam turbine equipped with a surface condenser, in which there in-series arranged in the waste steam flow direction are the first and the second heating surfaces; with that, a raw water pipeline is connected to the inlet of the first heating surface, the outlet of which is connected via a heated raw water pipeline trough the built-in bundle of the condenser of the steam turbine to the industrial steam takeoff, to the chemical water treatment unit inlet, the outlet of which is connected via the soft make-up water pipeline through the second heating surface of the condenser of the additional steam turbine, the soft make-up water pipeline, the vacuum deaerator and the deaerated make-up water pipeline with a return delivery water pipeline.
EFFECT: invention allows improving thermodynamic efficiency of a steam turbine of a combined heat and power plant and increasing electric energy generation at heat consumption.
