SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. A plant for treatment of make-up water of a heat and power plant, in which a steam turbine is equipped with a surface condenser of the first and second steps of heating to heat raw make-up water.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase electric capacity, to generate electric energy for thermal consumption and to increase thermal efficiency of a heat and power plant, and also makes it possible to heat decarbonised make-up water upstream a vacuum deaerator, to increase efficiency of its deaeration, to reduce a flow rate of heating water to a vacuum deaerator and to increase thermal cost effectiveness.
