FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: dried plums are blanched and cut, carrots are blanched and strained. Spinage and green dill are chopped and frozen, meat is cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with melted butter, table salt and calcium gluconate. The resultant mixture and meat-and-bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: extends and diversifies the range of methods and foodstuff used for production of new preserves for space meals with improved digestibility from 2,1·105 to 2,5·105 comparing with similar dish.
