SUBSTANCE: water solution is input to the membrane dialysis system and electrical potential is generated being strong enough for changing of pH at least equal 2.0 and providing the formation of electrodialytic composition with general ion concentration ca 1.0 n or less, general ion concentration ca 0.6 n or less and free chlorine content ca 2 ppm or less.
EFFECT: obtaining of electrodialytic compositions for food industry with changed pH but without unpleasant odour or taste.
