FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: during blast furnace air process of forced with oxygen blast and gas mixture, that has oxidizing and restoring components, and during regulation of iron composition and temperature by changing parameters of the gas mixture, they use in the case a mixture of natural gas, oxygen and coke gas and/or water vapor and/or outgoing gasses of metallurgical furnaces with following ratio of components, %: natural gas - 5 - 95, oxygen - 5 - 40, coke gas - 0 - 90, water vapor - 0 -20, outgoing gasses of metallurgical furnaces. To regulate iron temperature and silicon share in it they change consumption of blasted in gas mixture. To change consumption of the gas mixture they change consumption of natural gas and/or coke gas, or water vapor and/or outgoing gasses of metallurgical furnaces. In the first case, to increase silicon share in iron consumption of gas mixture is increased and to decrease silicon share in iron consumption of gas mixture is decreased. In the second case - vice versa. During vanadium containing irons heating from titanomagnetite iron ore raw materials they control titanium share in iron and change consumption of gas mixture by 0.5 - 1.2 % for each 0.01% deviation of titanium share from optimal limits, defined by experimental way. EFFECT: method increases efficiency of blasted fuel firing, stabilization of heating state and heating process in blast furnace, decreases coke consumption per iron heat. 3 cl
