FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopaedics and traumatology, in treatment of ununited fractures and false joints of long bones. Intraoperationally under control of electronic-optical converter pin is introduced into the centre of fragment junction, into zone of healing tissue. Along pin flexible hollow drill is introduced, connective-healing tissue is removed from between fragments by rotating movements. Spongy autotransplant taken from iliac bone crest is introduced into formed defect by means of osteoperforator.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to create focus of intensive osteogenesis.
