FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely to devices for the catheter equipment, in particular a blood vessel, a digestive tube, an urethra, etc. Medical referring wire includes a body of a twisted spring, the part of which distant extremity has a radiopaque twisted part and which near extremity has a radiotransparent twisted part. The element of the extended core is placed in a body of a twisted spring, and has a part of the distant extremity, tapering on diametre and a part of the near extremity, thickening on diametre. The distant extremity of a body of a spring and the distant extremity of the core bridged tightly. The layer of synthetic pitch is tightly put on an external surface of the mentioned body of a twisted spring in a circular direction. The tight wall on the near extremity of a radiopaque twisted part is intended for tight bond of a body of a spring and the core. The buoyancy chamber is formed in a radiopaque twisted part by a tight wall, a layer of synthetic pitch and a fastening part in which the distant extremity of a body of a spring and the distant extremity of the core are tightly bridged. The layer of synthetic pitch is greasing in the wetted condition more than in a dry condition. The layer of synthetic pitch forms the cylindrical membrane on a backlash between the next coils of a body of a spring in a condition, when external diametre of the cylindrical membrane less than external diametre of a body of the spring at expansion of a body of the spring in the wetted condition so the backlash between coils of a body of a spring makes 50-100% from external diametre of coils of a body of the spring. The spring body has a part of the central diametre which is an average between internal and external in diametres of a body of the spring. The cylindrical membrane is placed between an internal surface of a body of the spring, and a part of the central diametre of a body of the spring in such a manner that the external surface of a body of the spring is executed wavy, forming a convexo-concave part with the next coils going as a convex part and the cylindrical membrane, deformed as a concave part to strengthen driving forward force owing to resistance of the pressure caused by streams of blood, hitting about a convex part together with the spiral blood flows caused by a twisted configuration of a body of a twisted spring at input of a body the twisted; springs in a blood vessel.
EFFECT: possibility reception to get into a blood vessel deeply due to property of buoyancy and resistance to the raised pressure caused by streams of blood.
