FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steel treatment and can be used in electrical industry. Composition for receiving of electrical insulating coating contains, wt %: extraction phosphoric acid (in terms of P₂O₅) 33.0 - 37.5, magnesium oxide (in terms of Mg²⁺) 2.3 - 3.0, aluminium hydroxide (in terms of Al³⁺) 1.45 - 3.2, boric acid (in terms of B₂O₃) 0.20 - 0.3, water - the rest. In content it is used extraction phosphoric acid, cleaned against sulphates.

EFFECT: application of the proposed composition provides receiving of electrical insulating coating with increased humidity resistance and provides improvement of steel magnetic properties.
