FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: composite contains (wt %): phosphate ions in equivalent of P2O5 - 12.1-16.1; aluminium ions - 1.3-1.7; magnesium ions - 0.3-0.5; colloidal silicone dioxide modified by chromic oxide (Cr2O3) in equivalent of (SiO2+Cr2O3) - 13.1-15.2 and water up to 100. Weight ratio of Cr2O3/SiO2 in the composite is equal to 0.05-0.1.
EFFECT: increased stability of the composite at non-available highly toxic chromium ions allows production of insulating coatings of good marketable state and improved physical and mechanical characteristics and magnetic properties.
