SUBSTANCE: method provides for tomatoes and apples cutting and blanching, parsley and dill leaves cutting and freezing, cutting of tofu, mixing of listed components with table salt, calcium ascorbate and ginger under oxygen-free conditions, mixing of vegetable oil and soya souce, packing of obtained mixtures, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
