FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to normal morphology, pathological anatomy. Opening of both general carotids in a somnolent triangle is made. In the subsequent opening of the right general carotid and a drainage of the given branch by a thick cannula bridged to the Bobrov's apparatus is spent. The left general carotid is opened; the ligature is brought under it. Then normal saline solution forcing in the right general carotid under pressure is made. Through the left carotid there should be a liquid painted by blood, at times even clots. The flushing is necessary for spending within 0.5 hours. As soon as from the left carotid pure waters will go, to begin flushing with a 2% solution of table salt within 10-15 minutes. The given procedure is necessary for spending fractionally: 2-3 min to force a 2% salt solution, and then 2-3 minutes to stop solution forcing. Then it is entered modified a solution consisting of: Formalin 10% - 200 ml, ethyl alcohol of 95.5% 300 ml, Gluteraldehyde 25% - 150 ml, monosubstituted sodium phosphate (NaH2PO4×2H2O) - 17 g, twice-substituted sodium phosphate (NaHPO4×H2O) - 27 g, boiled water - 306 ml.

EFFECT: way allows developing a method of bracing of a brain without its extraction from a cavity of a skull and opening of last.
