FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Skin is cut through the upper eyelid from a point located 1–1.5 cm to the outside of the lateral edge of the eye gap, and further along the natural fold of the upper eyelid to a vertical line corresponding to the projection of the supraorbital notch. Mini-orbitofrontal craniotomy is performed, dura mater is opened. Main stage of the operation is performed. After the operation is completed, bones are put in place, they are tightly closed and fixed by layer-by-layer repairing of soft tissue.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the results of treatment, which is achieved by reducing the traumatization of brain tissue.
