FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. The microartery forceps for anastomosis applying at coronary shunting on working heart consists of two jaws which are bridged by the handle under an angle. The jaws have a flexure for crossclamping of septal branches of a coronary artery in a zone of applying of an anastomosis. The extremities of the jaws are pointed for piercing of an epicardium and a myocardium in the field of a coronary artery.
EFFECT: as a result the clamp provides a "dry" surgery field in a zone of applying of an anastomosis at coronary shunting on working heart.
