FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to traumatology and orthopedy. In a dermal skin layer in parallel to edge of a wound and having receded from it on 3-6 mm syringe needles for which middle a puncture hook on ankyroidly bent extremities of Kirschner wires which opposite extremities are fixed with a spoke holder with a lamb to a design of external bracing device are entered. Replacement of edges of a wound is carried out daily during a dressing by single-step pulling up of edge of a wound for a spoke through a needle under the control of capillary reaction of a skin.
EFFECT: way provides replacement wound defect, an exception of postoperative complications, reduction of terms of treatment.
