FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mechanisation of railway equipment of railway transport and may be used in assembly, disassembly, repair (disassembly with further assembly from used and new materials) of railway track lengths on production bases of route machine stations. Line for repair of railway track lengths with reinforced concrete ties contains parallel shaped tracks for installation of used and finished lengths in them and embedding tracks for movement of autonomous units of process equipment in them along closed route in technological sequence for lengths disassembly and assembly and unit for removal of used fixtures. Additionally line is equipped with unit for removal of rejected ties, unit for installation of new ties instead of rejected ones and unit for ties installation in accordance with distribution diagram and their alignment in rail seat. Additionally introduced units are installed between complexes of autonomous units of process equipment for lengths disassembly and assembly. Unit for cleaning of used fixtures is installed behind position of finished length removal.

EFFECT: considerable increase of production processes mechanisation extent, lower labour intensiveness, achievement of high quality of finished produce and improved labour conditions with observation of safety engineering, which helps to increase line efficiency.
