SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for recording parametres of optical radiation. The two-dimensional coordinate-sensitive autonomous optical receiver comprises a glass substrate, a photosensitive anomalous photovoltage film made from semiconductor material and metal contacts. This optical receiver is made from semiconductor compounds in form of a two-dimensional - on the X and Y coordinates, stepped anomalous photovoltage film with gradual increase of thickness of steps on the X axis and continued increase at each subsequent step on the Y axis and vice-versa.
EFFECT: according to the invention, the two-dimensional coordinate-sensitive optical receiver has high sensitivity.
